About the Author
Luis Muòoz is an associate professor at the University of Cantabria and a professor at the University of Aalborg. A senior member of the IEEE, he received M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from both the Polytechnical University of Cataluòa and the Birla Institute of Technology.

Ramjee Prasad is Research Director of the Department of Communications Technology at Aalborg University.
